It has been put on ice for quite some time
now, but I hope to find the time this summer for some book-reading needed
for learning how to do a real menu system and some very much needed updates
of the contents. =)

My primary research interests are the theory and applications of harmonic analysis mainly with tools like wavelet, Fourier and Gabor analysis. I have mainly worked with applications to signal processing in general and multicarrier communications (OFDM and VDSL) and condition monitoring in particular.
Main current and upcoming research projects listed in no particular order:
- I work with OFDM multicarrier communications applications in the Applied Harmonic Analysis Group at International University Bremen, lead by professor Götz Pfander. From September 15. Then I will continue that co-operation from Luleå in parallell with the following projects:
- Research on shift-invariant spaces and wavelet theory together with Stefan Ericsson.
- Mathematical imaging and other applications together with professor Natan Kruglyak.
- A research co-operation with the research group for mathematical and geometric modelling, numeric simulations, programming and visualization lead by professor Lubomir Dechevsky at the Department of Scientific Computing, Electrical Engineering and Space technology at Narvik University College (Norway).
Research is always a journey through more or less unknown teritories, so the above research plans holds modulo potential course alterations towards what seems to be the most important and/or interesting research problems.
Cooperations (again in no particular order):
- The Applied Harmonic Analysis Group, lead by lead by professor Götz Pfander at Jacobs University Bremen.
- The Numerical Harmonic Analysis Group (NuHAG), lead by professor Hans Georg Feichtinger at the University of Vienna.
- The R&D Simulation Group lead by professor Lubomir Dechevsky at the Department of Scientific Computing, Electrical Engineering and Space technology, Narvik University College (Norway).
